When evaluating the investment cases we take a broad view; in addition to due diligence (from financial, legal, technical perspective) and evaluating the business idea (inclusive of opportunity, risk, execution plan) we also make a team assessment to form a view on whether the team can actually execute the plan.

We will also take a stand on the company valuation, the most suitable instruments for investing, as well evaluating potential shareholders agreements and other terms. If needed, we can also negotiate and execute the transaction to ensure a position that is favorable for the investor.

We charge a fixed fee agreed in advance for the investment evaluations.
